Flowcode
UX + Product Design, Web App + Mobile Design
Flowcode bridges the gap between a brand’s in-person experiences and their online presence. They allow customers to create custom QR codes, landing pages, and more to grow their audiences and expand their relationships with customers to online outlets.
Their main tool is a web app for their customers to manage these offerings, and as they’ve added to it over the years, it became unwieldy and confusing to use. They were ready to bring in outside consultants to rethink and streamline the entire web app.
I worked alongside a team of brand designers, who improved Flowcode’s main marketing website, while I did a deep-dive on their web app, and reimagined it from the ground up, resulting in a much more streamlined and cohesive solution for their users.
UX Design + Wireframes
The bulk of this project involved complex wireframes and user flows in order to make it as intuitive as possible for their audience before topping it off with a cohesive UI design. I worked closely with Flowcode's technical team to make sure the changes I was proposing were achievable within their timeline and possible to implement.
Component Library
One of the most valuable items I delivered to the Flowcode team was a component library, ready to be implemented by their developers and maintained by their own design team. By designing their web app with a component library, the engineers were able to launch the new design in a fraction of the time it would normally take.
